Wren sighed, and looked around, before getting out of her car. It wasn't raining today, and she wasn't sure if it was going to get sunny, which, if it was, she would have to ditch, and she wanted to finish the year of school she hadn't. Wren walked to her locker and pulled out her books, before going back out side, it's not like she had any friends to talk to.

Elizabeth read the slip of paper that was her sechedule for what felt like the thousanth time. Ever since Aro had decided to enroll in the Forks Community College, Elizabeth had wanted to try public school for the first time in her life. Now that she had gotten her wish, she was afraid that it was a mistake. She barely knew any English, and had gotten lost several times already. And things didn't seem to be getting any better. She fumbled with the lock on her locker, failed to open it several times, then hit it with frustration. "Al diavolo!" She swore, grateful that her Mother was not here and this was not an Italian-speaking country.

Wren heard some one, mostly likely a human, speaking.. well, she wasn't sure what it was, as she only spoke French, English and a bit of Spanish. She turned around, and, it was a human girl. She seemed to be mad at her locker, she must have been new. Wren still had trouble with her lock, so she made it open. She walked over to the girl, "Boujour." She said, speaking french by accident. Sorry, Hello. She corrected herself.

Elizabeth looked at the girl who was speaking to her, then froze. She was a vampire! Elizabeth suddenly realized that she would probably smell like her father. Heck, even Elizabeth could smell him on her! The fact that she was wearing his shirt and jacket didn't help much, either. "Hello." She said timidly, hoping that the vampire wasn't Romanian-sympathetic.

Wren noticed the girl smelt like Volturi, which ment, she lived with them, or had been near them lately. "Hm... Do you happen to live with the Volturi? And i'm Wren Wood." She added her name quickly, smiling at the girl, her golden eyes smiling too.

The girl seemed nice enough. Elizabeth decided to be honest with her. She might be a good friend in the long run. "Yes, I do. My name is Elizabeth Mary Volturi." She pulled her father's jacket tighter around her. "I'm here for a while with my father..." She stopped short, wondering how much she could tell her safely.

So the girl was with the Volturi, but which one was her father? She smelt a lot like Aro. Still smiling, she said; I've met your father. He seems really nice. She said, she didn't ike Aro all that much, but he was better than some of the Volturi.

Elizabeth nearly jumped out of her skin when the girl mentioned her father. Nobody was supposed to know, nobody! "How did you know who my father is? Have you met my family before?" Elizabeth didn't recognize the girl. It was most likely that she had visited once before she was born. But then again, she was rarely allowed in the tower room while trials were being held.

Wren nodded,"I've met your family a few times. When I was having trouble finding a coven." She said, since she was nomadic, she was used to the lonelyness and quiet, but she liked having people to talk to, and she had a few here. Rosalie... well... that was about it.

Elizabeth nodded, and turned back to her locker. She tried the lock again. 1-25-36, she tried opening it again. No dice. She nearly swore in frustration again. Classes hadn't even started and she was having a bad day. And to make matters worse, people were starting to stare at her, the Italian girl wearing mens clothing. "Do you know how to unlock these stupid things?" She asked Wren, "I can't seem to get mine open."

Wren nodded, "Can I see the combanion?" She asked Elizabeth. Even if she couldn't get it open, she'd just do what she did with hers. Make the bars inside the lock to go to the right spots, one of the great things about being telekensis.

Elizabeth handed her sechedule to Wren. She seemed like a nice girl, so she trusted her. "I'm sorry if you can't understand me very well. My english isn't very good."

Wren looked at the combanion, and tried to open the lock, but she was horrible with it. And it didn't open, rolling her eyes at the locker, she visualized the bars in the locker moving to the right spaces. Hearing the small click, she smiled, There you go. She said, looking at Elizabeth's scedual, she had most of the same class's that Wren did. "Most of your classes are the same as mine." She pointed out.

"Thank you so much!" Elizabeth said, taking of Aro's coat to reveal the plain white button-down shirt she wore underneath. She had the sleeves rolled up to her elbows, and the shirt was not tucked in. It was several sizes too big on her, but she honestly didn't care. The rest of her clothes were dirty. This was the only thing she could find to wear. Besides, she felt comfortable in it. She hung up the jacket as she heard Wren mention their similar schedules. "Would you be able to show me around, then? I've gotten lost three times already!"

Wren nodded, "Of course, I'm still farly new, but I think I have where all my classes are. She said, hopefully Elizabeth and Wren could be friends, even if one was human and the other vampire, if Elizabeth was with the Volturi, she would have to be changed.
